Young Real Estate (the “Young Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), affiliated with eXp Realty, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit youngrealestateutah.com, use our property-search tools, or submit a website form.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, telephone or mobile number, and message content.
  • Real estate information: whether you are buying or selling, property interests, listing inquiries, and details you provide.
  • Home valuation information: property address, name, telephone number, email address, and details needed to respond.
  • Property-search information: searches, viewed properties, inquiries, and related activity handled through IDX Broker/MLS tools.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and similar server or usage data.
  • Cookie information: identifiers and preferences used to operate the site, remember settings, measure performance, prevent abuse, and support embedded services.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that we have not requested.

We also collect limited technical information automatically through the site and its service providers. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Young Real Estate, we may send communications consistent with the consent you provided, such as responses to property inquiries, home valuation follow-up, appointment coordination, listing or transaction updates, and other real estate service messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This protection applies to mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, and text-message subscription information. We do not sell or transfer SMS consent to unrelated third parties for their marketing.

We may use operational service providers to process or deliver messages solely on our behalf. Those providers may access mobile information only as needed to perform services for Young Real Estate and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Real estate services: when reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, such as with eXp Realty, MLS/IDX providers, cooperating professionals, lenders, inspectors, title or escrow providers, or transaction participants you ask us to involve.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
  • Business changes: in a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
  • At your direction or with your consent: for another disclosed purpose.

The disclosures above do not permit mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, or text-message subscription information to be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not state that we sell personal information. If practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site includes IDX Broker/MLS property-search features and may contain third-party links or embedded content. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Information submitted through an IDX or MLS feature may be processed by that provider as well as by Young Real Estate.

Data Retention

We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Certain website lead forms are configured to retain entries for up to 365 days, although information routed to email or an operational provider may be retained under separate business or legal requirements. We may delete or de-identify information when no longer needed.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions.
